Because ORANDEVLOS verify if you are communicating on your phone before announcing your current statistics.

4)  Contacts:

The apps are using this permission Android. Permission.READ_CONTACTS
Because ORANDEVLOS checks pictures for the contacts, which is used for the purpose of making photos for keyboard.
